So now i am finally gonna blog abt my 2 yrs of jc life where i have experienced a lot of different situations and emotions...and this is gonna be a really long post as this would also be my last post before i enlist into ns..i tink if u spread it out over a few days to read this, it would be better hahaha...
Yeah so it all started out when i couldn't get into hcjc even after appealing and so was posted to vjc for the first 3 months...i have to admit that time dat i was quite disappointed abt not being able to get into hc but i heard from my sister that vjc ain't that bad too and so i went in with a positive outlook...
Orientation was really fun i tink esp going to suntec fountain to dance haha...i tink that was really quite cool when u tink of everyone going there and juz enjoying ourselves...den also i chose same combi as my sis becos my sciences sux and so juz took double maths plus econs and physics...ended up at 04S31, a small class where i was the only tchs guy (haha there weren't even many of us in vj in the first place)
At first i also quite paiseh becos dunno many ppl from vjc plus i normally also quite shy when getting to know new ppl...den at first i not very close to the class also..haha but slowly slowly i talk and crap more den managed to open up more den it became better... den yongfeng and terence also came to the same class as me after 3 months even though they take diff combi from me..haha it was really a pleasant surprise to me at that time...
And from den on i tink being in 04S31was one of the best things that have happened to me..becos the ppl are really nice (buying drinks in canteen), helpful (giving advice on how to *fill in the blank urself*) and fun (all the outings and crapping) to be around with...haha..
As for ccas, i went to join wushu, library and golf...dunno if i too greedy at that time but i juz felt like doing more stuff in jc if not sure very boring one den sian sian de...haha...i wun say that being in library was that fun but at least it made me learn new stuff like the diff tasks a librarian has to do etc..and made me have more responsibility too haha...
as for golf, it was a totally new and pleasant experience as i learnt how to play a new sport (i love sports haha)... although din get to go onto the golf course and play holes at least i tink i learnt quite alot of new stuff..haha...
now is time to talk abt wushu my most loved and the cca that i spent most time, effort and whatever else on..haha..
yeah so in the first yr, wushu in vj was actually i tink quite sad...there were rumours abt us closing down and stuff...we had onli 8 j1 members (which is damn little pls) and den also got run-ins with certain teachers...no space to train becos priority usually given to other ccas..den competition also din really do well...budden i have to really say that my wushu batch was one of the best i tink ever existed...we strived hard for everything we believed in, nvr gave up at all and made alot of positive changes which i tink benefitted the whole team greatly (even went to talk to the principal and discuss stuff with her face to face.. haha...now i tink of it, we were really damn proactive)..den i got elected as treasurer also very happy haha...not haolianing lar but becos i really wanted to serve the team and help bring it to greater heights >< (haha sounds like my exco election speech sia...)
yeah so anyway i tink after our batch took over, the whole scenario sort of improved drastically...i tink our performances seemed better, our trainings were better (we managed to go train at chung cheng which helped a lot too becos got more ppl to train with den also not so sian..)
den when in yr 2 i tink it juz seemed so fairy-tale like haha...we managed to get wushu champions den that was a really happy thing to occur...i mean when u work hard for something and reap the rewards after that u will also enjoy it greatly...yah so it was a really nice feeling to have at that time...and also we organised a stall for a funfair...that was quite successful i tink...we juz had fun while making sure the ppl playing had fun too...lol...
also have to thank the juniors who specially planned a farewell bbq for us...it was really a very kind and warm gesture on their part...really liked the whole thing and i tink we all enjoyed it alot..haha..
ok enuff abt wushu i tink i talked so long abt it liao...
lastly i tink i gotta talk abt friends who have all played an impt part in my life in these 2 yrs of jc...
firstly the 4 kings...glendon joseph jiayong and me...haha...known each other since sec 1..and until now we are still the closest of frens (look at my msn display pic haha)... glendon: the strongest one, nanquan king, we always complain to each other how sian life is juz be4 some major exams haha...joseph: the fastest (most agile) one, gun4 king, often can chat and crap until the wee hrs of the morning...jiayong: the tallest one =P, ks king, often asks ppl to dota and he's quite pro at it lar...and of coz got me...haha the most intelligent one (??)..haha lame jokes king too...
nxt would be the bai clan and the rest of the 1mba clan..haha..they are really a damn fun bunch to be with...there's nvr boredom with them around...fun and jokes galore...our tchs wushu sec 4 batch is really damn close even after 2 yrs we still meet up regularly and go out and have fun..and i know we will continue to be liddat even after we all enter ns...haha..
now gonna talk abt the claz ppl...haha..i tink i have really become quite close to most ppl in the claz in these 2 yrs if not all of them..and i am very happy to have done so...haha got conferencing, chatting, outings blah blah with alot of ppl...den also dunno how come i got to be part of the "sistahood" or jie mei pai or whatever u call it..haha...i have learnt alot from everyone in the class and am glad that i have a bunch of gd frens in jc...i hope we all will continue to keep in close contact with each other and continue to have outings and stuff even after we all go separate ways...haha...and even for those not very close ones, juz hope can keep in contact...
ogay i juz realised i forgot to talk abt PW...haha the main thing u have to know is that i felt i worked hard but in the end i only managed a band 2 which i was really disappointed...haha..but oh well it's fated...

2nd post of the night...this time abt the chalet i had with my pri sch frens...
Chalet: 2nd to 5th Dec, Downtown East
Yeah so my pri sch claz has a chalet every yr where we meet up together and juz have fun thruout the few days and nites...
Ok i have to admit i initially had my doubts abt this yr's chalet becos of the fact that everybody's been so busy thru the yr that we seldom met up for outings together...and also becos it's been like a whopping 6 yrs since we were in the same claz so i tot it would be quite sian...but luckily it did not turn out the way i tot it would...haha
so anyway first nite din have many ppl...i also went late..den play ps2 and talk crap with each other...den when the others went to slp i din feel tired yet so i continued playing haha...fifa street is a fun game to play...haha..
yeah so the nxt 2 days more ppl came...and of coz more fun also lar...went arcade, played cards, watched soccer, played ps2, talked crap etc etc...and it was really nice and enjoyable juz seeing and talking to them even after so long...
i mean, it's really heartening when u still keep in contact with ur pri sch frens and actually still have fun together without any awkward feelings of being out of touch with them anymore or whatsoever...haha...
Got really lots of stuff to blog about...so there will be very long posts to "entertain" u all...first one here's abt prom...
Yeah so prom was held on 1 Dec at Ritz Carlton...
Haha after buying prom clothes and everything, prom nite finally came den of coz everyone wear nice nice go for prom...
Actually, i felt the prom was overall quite fun and enjoyable although there were some parts which i din like...haha...for example how some of us felt that the food was not as gd as expected (whether in terms of quality or quantity or both i dunno but there seemed to be something lacking...maybe becos i was hungry that nite ><)
But of coz, the main point of prom isn't eating food, it's taking pictures with ur buddies and frens so that u can think back upon the gd memories and stuff when u look back at the pictures in the future...most ppl were shuffling between tables and finding for ppl to take photos with...
Haha i tink something that made the prom not as great as it seemed to me was that not many ppl from the class went which juz made it also quite sian...i feel that prom is that kind of once-in-a-lifetime event and experience which everyone shld actually go for and spend time with their class or buddies especially when it's one of the few get-togethers be4 ns and work and other things set in...and it's also something which i tink is a significant form of remembrance for all those who went...but too bad lar the class din have that many ppl going...nonetheless i still had fun...
yeah so after the event officially ended around 12, went out with ken and edwin together with S32 ppl..walk walk until clarke quay den found a pub private room to settle down in...den drink a bit play cards etc etc...until abt 4 am den they close the room...den me and edwin din feel like going home so 2 guys go walk walk and talk talk...walk to city hall den dhoby ghaut den from there took train home le...
damn tired after staying out the whole night but it was really fun and enjoyable...
oh yeah it's 3 more days before i enlist ><
i'll juz have to be my optimistic self and go in without too many worries...anyway i know that i surely can survive...hahaha...
