Zzz
Juz ended my ftb training 2 and now feeling damn tired...hahaha sleeping soon though...
I did learn and enjoy a lot these 2 days...and soon it'll be my turn to be a real facilitator taking the freshies...haha looking forward to it!
Being spurred on by my frens and getting lotsa support from them these past few weeks, i juz have greater confidence in myself to do my best and succeed...
Oh yah i had a totally fun 2 wks with Sambatida! hahaha Samba Masala's summer tour! the experience of playing in front of audiences in different locations around Singapore was juz great and a total blast...hahaha enjoyed myself a lot =D
And i'm flying to hk this thurs morning! =) hahaha...it's gonna be another wonderful trip there...eating and shopping etc...and i haven packed yet! shall do it tmr nite hahahha...

Fail
The army buddies outing i was planning turned out to be a failure...esp so when some people dun even bother replying to my sms =( haha...budden i ended up going out with the samba peeps instead so perhaps tat's a blessing in disguise...
back to the disappointing failure itself, oh well it's alrite...after all, i guess it's part and parcel of life to experience such a thing...moz importantly is for me and the others to realise that we shouldn't let something like that happen again! learn from our past mistakes and move on! hahaha as if they read my blog and know about it...
looking back, there are always times when you wished to meet up with old frens and i think this feeling is quite mutual yet somehow, people dun really go about arranging such meet-ups as often as they might like (at least in my case)...probably due to everyone being busy with their own plans too...it's kinda hard to get everyone meeting up together...and den meeting with only a few of them might not be something everyone likes...haha i'm not too sure abt this...
the greater the expectations, the greater the disappointment...hahha how true this is...not that i expected a lot after seeing the quite cui response...a side of me was still hoping that perhaps suddenly things might juz be totally different but i was juz dreaming lah...hahhaa...
this post is damn emo lahhhhhh...how i make a small thing like a failed outing sound like a real disaster!

Back Home
So after picking up my sis from the airport, my whole family went to have supper/breakfast at some 24 hour kopitiam at toa payoh and reached home only at 5 am! hahaha...anyway, it's great to have her back! =D

And we (the samba ppl) had a smashing jamming session tonite! hahah somehow this 1 wk plus of samba, samba and more samba stuff has led to our playing becoming better, us becoming closer etc etc (quite obvious right considering we see each other almoz every other day if not everyday hahaha)
The Taking of Pelham 123 is a nice show! you guys should go watch it if u have the time!
I want to watch ghosts of girlfrens' past and play pool soon! =)

Happy
I remember typing out in a previous entry that i wanted to blog more becos i had a lot of stuff to say...and den i realised i haven been doing so hahaha...guess it's to do with me being occupied with lotsa samba stuff and performances etc which have been so far a superb experience! =)
haha nvr did i expect us to feel so great but well it happened and i think everyone's been real happy with the outcome so far...still more performances to come and we'll do our best in every one of them...as we all say "one band one sound!"
today was a relatively free day with nothing on besides double tuition...and i am supposed to be slping soon becos later going to pick my sister up from the airport! =D hahha she's coming back soonnnnn! and i'm already planning to bring her out for supper to many many places with all the good food! hahahhaa...
ok shall blog more soon! time for a nap!

Energy
It's been an action-packed week thus far and is gonna get busier and more hectic...
Had a long-awaited mahjong session with yf, eugene and edwin on Tues nite...haha perhaps this will be the start of my mahjong spree! And it was fun hanging out with them once again...at least we got to meet up be4 yf flies off for his overseas exchange...
Wednesday was my only free day in terms of not having any commitments and so i invited nigo ben and clar over for some wii playing...and i finally got to experience how 3 ppl playing GHWT together is so fun (tat's when we get past the intro without failing hahaha)...
After tat went deb's house for mahjong + catch-up session...den we cabbed to bishan and walked around window-shopping...i think i'm gonna get a new cap hahha...and den had dinner at wanchai hongkong tea room be4 going home...
Today a fren told me that she really likes the feeling of nuaing at home...being free and able to wake up at 2 pm and juz slack...
Then she asked me "den u not tired one meh when u do so much stuff?"...when i thought of it, i realised i haven had such a day for some time le...hahaha
I replied her "yeah actually i do feel tired sometimes, like now (we had the convo this afternoon), but i guess i juz wan to do more and experience diff things and have fun."
I think of myself as a positive, high-energy person who juz likes to try out new stuff...and so far it's been very enriching...lotsa lessons learnt, some disappointments along the way, but eventually, all's turned out good...
And it looks as if things will carry on this way...

Guys
These few days, there have been a few diff groups of frens coming to my house for mahjong and wii...
And den my parents asked me a quite shocking question juz now...
"How come all your frens who come our house are guys ah?"
Hahaha I almost did not know what to answer...
Looks like they want me to bring a girl home soon! LOL...
Now when will that day be? Hmmm...
