Ok so i know it's been quite some time that i've last blogged but this is mainly due to my packing of things and moving of house...also used some time in setting up the computer and wireless network in my new house (in fact, my desktop com's conked so i'm acty using the laptop haha)

Well after 11 yrs of living in Novena, i have finally moved to a new environment... I still rmb United Square being quite a rundown shopping mall which din attract many ppl but for us, the lan shop inside was like a haven where we would go almoz every wkend after wushu training to play red alert 2..haha those were the days...after the revamp and renovation, United Square is now quite a bustling place specially catered to the kids...music schools, language centres and the occasional "_________ & Friends" (fill in the blank with ur favourite cartoon/TV show character eg. Barney, Power Rangers hahaha) are all meant for kids to enjoy and develop at the same time i guess...

Novena Square wasn't up when i first lived in Novena...Now even got Velocity as an extension liaoz..haha..den Square 2's another shopping mall juz beside it...so many developments to the area around where i lived...haha..

The best thing i like abt Novena is the convenience when going to other areas esp town (4 mins mrt train ride to orchard =D)...To me, Novena's almoz at the exact central of Singapore and it usually takes at moz an hour to get to wherever i wan..haha..

Enuff said abt my old place...(i will take lotsa memories with me haha) now to intro my new house at Toa Payoh or Braddell depending on how u see it...haha...back to the heartlands once again and the feeling's already different...not in a negative sense but rather one of embracing a new "culture" and new experiences that will come..friendlier neighbours(perhaps but hopefully true), cheaper stuff from minimarts(certainly lol) and food from the coffeeshops...plus there's basketball and badminton courts juz below my house...haha..much more convenient to go shoot some hoops =)...

Ok i have officially added 4 mins to the travelling time of any mrt ride i take requiring me to go southbound and subtracted 4 mins from all others...haha..which means i take less time to go to driving centre, amk hub and of coz toa payoh hub (ok i know i wun be taking mrt there haha) which i haven gone for a very long time (probably due to the mindset i tell myself that i will be frequenting there much more often now that i have moved much nearer to it...haha)
